The IT technician apprenticeship role will include: Working with clients to understand details of faults Resolving faults and explaining to the client the work you have carried out Fixing and maintaining equipment, such as printers, laptops, scanners and PC's Assisting with system upgrades and setting up new devices Recording problems within CRM systems so that task histories can be reviewed Providing excellent customer service Identifying the need for system and equipment updates This is a Microsoft endorsed IT apprenticeship, so you will also be working towards becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional.
