R A Bennett, part of the Countrywide family, have exciting opportunitiesfor three enthusiastic and highly motivated apprentices to join their successful teams in Evesham, Abbeydale & Dursely.



What is the Negotiator Apprenticeship?



This is an innovative apprenticeship to support you in becoming a property professional.



We will provide you with a first class training programme whereyoull work in both sales and lettings, building up your knowledge and expertise in both these areas. We will help you to deliver a brilliant customer experience whilst you work towards your Customer Service Practitioner level 2 apprenticeship.



Not only will you be supported by your line manager, youll also be allocated an experienced buddy, attend training with our Learning and Development team, and have your own dedicated Training Officer from our training provider.



This is a 14 month fixed term apprenticeship and as you move through the programme youll be given more and more responsibilities. On successful completion of the programme youll move into a permanent role as a Negotiator



Dont worry though, learning doesnt stop once youre completed the programme, we are passionate about giving our people the skills to succeed and have a fantastic Learning and Development team to support the rest of your career progression with Countrywide



What would I be doing?



Every customer is different and we love connecting each and every one of them with their new home.



We pride ourselves on our pro-active approach and our ability to provide our clients with a quick and efficient personal service. The market is competitive so we need someone who is highly energetic and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. A typical day can be really varied with lots of customer contact, getting out to conducting viewings, supporting the move in process, and assisting with business generation activities.
