We are a leading recruitment company based in the City of London that specialise in placing fantastic young apprentices into equally fantastic companies. Due to our rapid expansion over the last four years, doubling in all aspects, we are currently seeking an ambitious, driven resourcer to work alongside a young dynamic team who will fast-track them into becoming a FULLY FLEDGED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT. You will be working in a team of hungry, driven and self-motivated recruitment consultants. Whilst working within our organisation, you will experience a fast-paced, exciting and challenging working environment with a lively city-focussed social side.
As a resourcer, you will assist the sales team with achieving their targets whilst being trained up to be a recruitment consultant yourself.
You'll start off with the basics of learing the fundamentals of resourcing and candidate attraction, job board management and thorough interview training! Once this has been completed, you will be trained in business development and account management.
You will be fully exposed to the world of recruitment and given the opportunity to accelerate your career substantially. Two previous apprentices who joined the business 2 years ago now manage both sales teams, so the sky truly is the limit!
We expect all apprentices to be earning £30,000 per annum after their second year with the business.... as a bare minimum!!
This Apprenticeship is suitable for someone who is looking to start a career in recruitment but has little or no experience, recent school/college/sixth form leavers are best suited to this job role.
