They are now seeking to appoint an Apprentice Plumber/Gas to join them at their office in Durham.

Within this role, you will work under the direction, guidance and supervision of an experienced plumber and/or gas fitter and site supervisor to support the delivery of excellent refurbishment, repairs and maintenance service whilst working to achieve the skills and qualifications to become a plumber.

You will complete the installation and maintenance of domestic hot water, cold water, sanitation, drainage, rainwater systems, central heating systems and components.

In order to be successful in this role it is essential that you have functional skills in English and Maths and have the ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks.

With the ability to communicate well with others, you will also be able to understand and interpret work instructions and will establish and maintain good customer/client relationships.
