My client is based in York, and they are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join their fast-paced Recruitment team. You will provide a professional Recruitment Support and Administration function to the whole organisation; acting as a reliable source of information and advice about best recruitment practice, processing all recruitment-related administration within agreed timescales and providing excellent customer service.

Main duties/ Responsibilities:

Handle all recruitment queried in a responsive, customer-focused way - providing a comprehensive first line of information and advice
Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and by email
Arrange and confirm all interviews with the candidate and Recruiting Manager
Process full offer packs to candidates when all recruitment checks have ben satisfied
Communicate new starter information to new recruits information
Manage all new recruits DBS applications in a timely and accurate manner to minimise errors and delays
Review and log all returned disclosures
Create an employee file, containing all employment documentation ready to pass to the regional HR team once complete
Ensure the pre-employment health questionnaire is reviewing and 'fit to employ' result is recorded appropriately

Desired Qualifications

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Working hours

9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
