Due to funding criteria, applicants should stay within the Glasgow City Postcode boundary and aged 16-19

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The role will give you the opportunity to learn various elements of the recruitment and resourcing process, from client calls, CV management ,headhunting, recruitment marketing and billing to name but a few.

Duties will encompass but not limited to:

Being first point of contact for all incoming/outgoing calls
Data Entry - adding CVs to our bespoke database and formatting them
Creating interview letters
Posting mail
Scheduling meetings in a shared diary
Inputting figures in to Sage - training will be given but any experience would be a distinct advantage
Meet and greet candidates & clients visiting our office
Supporting the Office Manager
Photocopying, laminating, binding presentations , arranging meeting rooms for guests
General Admin duties inclusive of filing, typing, letter writing etc.

Qualities / essential requirements

Familiar with Microsoft Office Packages - Excel and Word experience
Strong communicator - both verbal & written

Having any experience working in an office or in Retail would be beneficial, but is not essential
Numeracy skills

Desired Qualifications

Someone with 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English would be ideal

Hours and salary

Upto 37.5hrs per week, working 4 or 5 days depending - will be discussed upon interview

£13,000 - £16,000 per annum, depending on experience
