Responsibilities

The PA (Personal Assistant) Apprentice will provide ongoing support to the PA to the Managing Director and in turn take responsibility for some of their duties.

The Apprentices daily duties will include, however will not be limited to;

-Managing and Co-Ordinating Sector head diaries
-Booking rooms, and confirming hospitality/catering requirements
-Organising internal team meetings for sector heads
-Maintain all office related purchase orders
-Opening and distributing post
-Booking travel in line
-Answering internal calls via the switchboard
-Meet and greet all internal guests

Qualities/requirements

-Excellent interpersonal skills
-PC Literate
-Good organisational skills
-Eager, and willing to learn
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Organised
-Friendly

Qualifications required
-3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Additional information

You will work 37.5 hours per week (9am-5pm Monday to Friday)
