We are looking for a professional content writer who can write compelling content on different topics and platforms. The content writer will be responsible for writing and reviewing a variety of unique material from websites content, blogs, social media, and online articles to reviewing documentation. They will also assist the marketing team in development of engaging content that can be used in marketing or advertising campaigns.

We currently have a number of application projects being developed simultaneously as well as ongoing application enhancements and automated code as part of a CI (Continuous Integration) deployment framework. The right apprentice will learn and train on working the following areas:
Documentation - Documentation pertaining to all development projects will need to be reviewed to ensure that these documents are being updated on a regular basis and in compliance with our standards.
JIRA - Review and determine whether the JIRA system is being used correctly and efficiently.
GIT - Review and understand how we use GIT.
Understand how we deploy our CI (Continuous Integration) environment & architecture and the processes involved in relation to the developers' contribution to it.
Reporting updates to management.
Schedule and facilitate relevant meetings. These are to be kept short and to the point.
The ability to break down lengthy documents into smaller, manageable understandable chunks so developers can focus on the actual task at hand.
The ability to identify weak team members - the overall strength of a chain is its weakest link. We first try to strengthen the quality and skills of those team members before having to drastically remove and replace them.
Manage Team leads - whilst our Team Leads may have no real managerial experience but have shown some leadership qualities, we will need to place some focus on them to ensure they nurture these skills and qualities.
Team work - we promote and expect a framework of collaborative sharing of knowledge, information and monitoring.
Continuous Improvement - We strive for constantly improving the way we work within our different teams but also between the teams.
Communication - Communication is critical for success. We learn from our past and adapt to the circumstances. Improving communication is one central aspect wherein we sometimes lack but keep pushing for an open channel of communication from senior management all the way down the corporate ladder.
