Follow up on training enquiries and schedule meetings for Directors for follow up
Support creative development of training courses including creative content using Powerpoint and potentially Adobe suite (Illustrator).
Use Initiative to identify strategies for connecting with potential partners and client using social media and face to face opportunities.
Design and create targeted marketing campaigns by creating and sending relevant content ensuring positive interest is followed up
Research potential course content
Video editing and dissemination through social media
Management and update of website (wordpress), including SEO
Support creation of content which may include blogs, videos etc.
All round business assistance which may include organising Directors Diaries, creation of invoices and recruitment and management of Trainers.
Full training and career development will be provided throughout employment. There is no prior experience needed.
This role has been recently created to support accelerated growth of Aluminar. The role will be varied and combine a mixture of digital marketing skills, organisational skills and relationship management skills requiring you to take initiative and manage own time to achieve deadlines. You will learn all round business skills covering finance, sales skills, marketing skills to name a few.
Minimum 5 GCSE's at grade C & above or equivalent.
Monday to Friday between 9:00-5.30
Rewards & Benefits:
A generous discretionary bonus paid after initial 3 months dependent on achievement of mutually agreed goals. Pay reviews will take place typically every 6 months within first 3 years of employment, and will rise based on contribution, achievement of targets and typically be only limited by your ambition.
It is not unusual for an apprentice to earn £300 per month on bonus.
