"During my apprenticeship, I learnt many valuable and transferable skills which have helped me not only inside, but also outside of work. When I first started at Newcross, I really struggled with my confidence. During my time here I have been given the support and guidance to be able to grow not just in confidence, but also in many other aspects of my life. I think Newcross has been a brilliant place to start a career, especially as an apprentice, because you are surrounded by a team of people that are always happy and available to help and support you with whatever you might need. I have found my year as an apprentice really enjoyable and I have built great relationships with people internally and externally. I would not have been given the opportunity I have to start a career if it was not for doing an apprenticeship and I would highly recommend it to anyone." - Former Healthcare Recruitment Apprentice
