Overview:

Are you looking to kick start your career in administration and earn while you learn?

We are one of the biggest employers in area and the largest rental company in the world, and we're now seeking hard working and motivated apprentices to join our shared service facility based in Aldershot as office based administrator. If you are enthusiastic, eager to learn and have great communication skills this could be the opportunity for you.

You will be provided with all the training and support you'll need to make a difference, be a success and forge a future career within our global business. You will undertake a Business Administration or Customer Service NVQ dependent on the department you enter.

We are a company that really does reward hard work and promotes from within, and if you perform well during the apprenticeship period you could be offered a permanent position upon completion of the scheme.

Aldershot is in easy reach via train or bus from Woking, Guildford, Fleet, Farnborough, Farnham, Camberley, Alton and surrounding areas.


Responsibilities:

Providing admin support to your team

Providing exceptional customer service

Working as part of a team

Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Self motivated

Customer focused

Good level of accuracy/attention to detail

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Desire to progress within a team orientated environment

Good organisational skills
