Position Overview We are currently looking to develop our Forum team. Forum is a primary research product which presents the value-added independent insights and opinions of industry specialists in a conference call format, discussing emerging topics of interest to investors. In order for us to deliver on our aggressive growth targets, we are looking for an organised and driven Intern to join our Forum Team in London to assist in dealing with the growing global demand of our product, assisting in database management and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Partnering with the Forum, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Assisting with an array of operations projects while meeting business demands and deadlines Managing database upkeep Executing content journeys across the digital channels to meet global needs Working in a collaborative environment to meet and exceed assigned goals Working with Analytics teams to analyse user behaviour, marketing campaign effectiveness and the impact on product development Providing internal support to the Forum team Managing dynamic email templates using HTML and CSS Skills Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Able to handle stringent deadlines/multi-tasking Motivated self-starter, organised, detailed-oriented and able to work independently Understand and have a working knowledge of HTML Qualifications Bachelors degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience Note: This is a paid internship/placement to commence as soon as possible.
