As the leading training provider, our client specialises in the provision of intelligent training applications. They deliver commercial, part funded and fully vocation training across the UK. They are recruiting for a Central Resource Planner to work in the Apprenticeship division matching the co-ordination of apprenticeship recruitment and supporting the clients business needs. The Role: Manage the co-ordination of apprenticeship recruitment. Meet KPI targets ensuring apprentice suitability for the role and programme Placing adverts to attract top talent Sifting and screening applicants Organising assessment days and interviews Maintain a trainer / assessor database which can be used to match course requirements with suitable trainers Ensure all key information is accurate including: Key products the trainer is qualified to teach, Qualifications, Locations Liaise with HR and the wider Ops teams to ensure new, approved trainers are added to this database Maintain up to date diary schedules of trainers on their availability Maintain a database of training facility locations (client, our own, offices etc) Ensure all key information is available on: Centre contact details, Location / direction maps, Rates, Room / training area floor plans / facilities in each training facility Work closely with mobilisation managers to plan and organise early training programmes with new clients Using the trainer and resource databases assign resources to each training programme and client ensuring both the commercial and quality parameters are met Maintain a visible course / resource planner which clearly show where resources are deployed Working with the student onboarding team and mobilisation/account managers, provide welcome information, course schedules, contact information Ensure the information, format, channels used are continuously reviewed so these remain fit for purpose, fit our corporate identity and above all, enhance the customer experience Assisted by the MI Analyst: Monitor and report on courses planned, executed, volumes etc, Create reports for clients, Report on utilisation and highlight areas of under performance Support the preparation for inspections by Ofsted and other regulatory authorities The ideal candidate: Minimum of 1 year in a planning/organisational type role Knowledge of apprenticeships is desirable Experience of working within a training or college environment an advantage Great attention to detail, and accuracy when typing, taking minutes Target driven, with excellent communication skills Proficient across all Microsoft Office Software Excellent relationship building skills Excellent organisational skills Experience in using planning tools Our client is offering an attractive salary of between £18,000 and £25,000 depending on experience.
