Apprentice Trainer (WBLC) -Engineering - £23,445 to £27,771 per annum

This rewarding role involves working across different industries with college students in a variety of clients.

We take pride in employing experienced Engineers who offer a fantastic hands-on experience to pass on their knowledge to the next generation of talented Engineers in the local area through the growth of apprenticeships and work based learning. The role includes delivery of vocational qualifications; designing and delivering training, pastoral and assessment elements of an apprentice's or work-based learner's individual learning programmes across a range of subject areas.

Ideally, you should hold a relevant professional qualification and a Level 3 award in Assessing (A1 or equivalent) but your experience and knowledge from working as an Electrician is what we value most, we will also require the successful candidate to have a Level 3 qualification as an electrician.

You should be IT literate, possess great problem solving skills, have the flexibility to travel across all areas within the East of England. This is a permanent full-time role.
